Clean cabinets well, sand where needed, remove doors and mark each so you will know where to return each to the proper place, remove hardware, prime then paint.

l actually gave instructions for wood cabinets..sorry, however, they do make laminate primer & paint. A sealer would be great but l am not familiar with names so when you purchase primer/paint be sure to ask about a good sealer. Good luck & enjoy this project!
