Best sealant in GA humidity for flagstone surfaces
We've gotten the worst build up of mold on our terrace and sidewalk this year; have maintained with power washing and topper but really bad this year. Is there a product that will work well and longer to seal the surface?

You need to kill off the mold spores with a mixture of water, dish liquid and Clorox. The stronger the better.
