Our front door is being painted navy blue, I wasn't sure if we paint the window grids the same color as the door or white?
This is the inside of the door.

Hate to say this but it's a personal choice. Example house trim what color is it? If white then okay, but again personal choice. If yellow primary color on porch then it also could be yellow. PERSONAL CHOICE ;) imo

I think it always looks nice to leave the frame around the glass (and the grids) a different color, it makes it stand out more. I painted a door a lot like that one blue last year and painted the window frame/grids in a nice bright white, I think it turned out nice!

I've seen both and it is a personal choice. I prefer the whole door one color.

Blue and white looks striking but I have always gone for one color. You have given me food for thought.
