Run it by your city, county admin. You will need permits to build. Possibly blue prints made. You may not be able to build it in town, most dome homes I’ve seen are set out in the country side. On a small 5 acre plot.
Dfm is correct. In some areas there are zoning laws to contend with and not all municipalities are quick to change.
