Bathroom + Closet: BEFORE

You've seen the before photos of my bedroom at my brand new house. Take a look at what my bathroom and walk-in closet started out looking like. (Hint: They are a lot more organized and full of color now!)

We elected to not have the builders install flat mirrors in our bathrooms, in the hopes that we can find cute ones at thrift stores, Homegoods, or similar places. So I had to great creative and use something in the meantime...

The room has nice tile and a big window. Yes, a big window right in the front of the house. It's currently taped up with paper, just like the windows in my bedroom. This ain't no free show! Oh... and wait until you see what I put on the wall above the toilet. I think you'll like it.

My closet when I moved in was a MESS. I just shoved clothes on the hangers and didn't organize them whatsoever. My shoes were in a big giant pile. I had a makeshift linen shelf with no rhyme or reason.

I have very large feet. This means my shoes are very large. Thus, my pile of unorganized shoes is probably a lot larger than yours. I can't wait to show you what it looks like now! Stay tuned for the update!
