This stain is guaranteed for 5 years and is coming off. Talked to others and they have same problem. Lousey company, have to spend a lot of money to remove and redo.

It wasn't a true stain if it's peeling. And your problem may have been using this product on either a wood that is too green or over an oil based something that doesn't play well other oils or latex products. Good news, you can strip it using a soy based stripper. Just follow the directions closely and wear protective clothing and shoes you don't care about. Going forward, sand surface to bare wood and start fresh.

I would certainly report the issue to Behr and or Home Depot where purchased with photos and request a refund. Hopefully they will send someone to inspect. Good luck

H*LL!. You used one of the deck over products. A have been advising people not to use them. They crack and peel within a year or two. Also trap moisture and wood rots. Pain to get off. All you can do is scrape with an ice scraper and sand with coarse sandpaper. Some people had to replace boeards and even complete decks. There are class action lawsuits against the manufacturers. Notice the products are not advertised anymore.

I would take it. Better than nothing since you have work ahead for the redo.

That is exactly what Behr and Rustoleum did. Gave a refund. Take the money and you have no other recourse. It's like accepting a settlement.

Rent a big sander you walk behind of.
