I would suggest looking in your phonebook or Internet for your local stained glass shop. They are you might be able to find a stain glass artist that will consider a commission for you. Stainglass is hard to ship without it breaking you would be best to consider our local option. Or you can get lucky like I did and find one at Goodwill
Michaels crafts sells a stained glass kit you could make on clear glass I’ve done it it comes great
Hobby Lobby and Walmart both sell stained glass kits. Mardel’s (Owned by Hobby Lobby) also has Christian art kits and supplies. All have on-line sales. ☺️
