What is the easiest way to remove glued on artigicsl turf?

My ex boyfriend glued it on our concrete patio and now it looks terrible. I want to remove it and redo the concrete, maybe with paint?

There are products at your hardware store that will break down the glue, but many of then are toxic. If your patio is not too large, just "man-up" and do it with good ole elbow grease. The tool used for removing tile, etc, will be most useful. It looks similar to a hoe, with a straight blade. Higher end models have replaceable single edge blades, along the bottom edge. You will have to scrape, either way.
