What can I put on my Collard greens to avoid the bugs eating my green

That's not enough damage to worry about. Just enjoy knowing you aren't eating pesticides.
If it is slugs, buy copper scrubber pads. Unstaple and unroll tube of copper net. Cut 1" rings and slip around base of plant. If too big already, cut and pin back together with a bobby pin. Slugs wont cross the copper!
You can try Sevin Dust.
Mix cayenne pepper with water, and a little olive oil in a spray bottle. 1 tsp. of cayenne and oil each should be enough. Bugs don't like this. Be sure to wash it good if you don't like it hot.
did you see the bugs? If it is any type of worm or caterpillar (like those from t a cabbage butterfly ) there is a bacterium called bacillus thuringiensis. I'e used in the past with good results, and to my knowledge it is safe
“IRISH SPRING” scented shower soap bar, that has been shaved into small pieces and placed around the base of the plant.
Looks like cabbage moth holes. Just squish them in place and leave on the plant. Your plant will smell like death to other caterpillars. Bonus: plants eaten by insects have greater anti-oxidant levels!
I have tried dishwater soap added to water in a spray bottle. It works !
