the ugly green tub is original to the house, that is about the only that we keep since it was in good condition and we were on a very tight budget, we hated the color but really didn't have a choice......this is what we decided to do to make it easier on the eyes when you walked in.

    This is awesome! How did you adhere the wood to the tub? Also, what did you protect the wood with to guard against water damage? Thanks!

      You could use an exterior paint or deck polyurethane.
