Many decades ago a friend created mini Christmas trees for a church function by tying these onto a flexible branch-type Christmas tree. I'm sure someone will have more modern ideas!
Tomato plant ties great for vine ties for plants
I use them to stake plants in my garden.
I also keep a few around for things like open bags of brown sugar and such, and also for open bags of fries and other bags that don't come with ziplock type tops.
i use them as stems for miniature flowers 🌸 I make out of candy wrappers
I use them to ‘stake’ my tender garden plants to a trellis or tomato cage. Doesn’t hurt the flesh of the plants.
