What is this plant (or flower's) name??

guys, anyone knows what is this plants name or Scientific name?
it has roots look like potato! but i cant find its name. 
It looks like it could be some type of begonia.
Dalias have bulbs most spring flowers have bulbs tulips Duffy’s etc all have bulbs how long has it been in the ground or pot?
if it's in a pot, take it to your local Agricultural Agency, or send a photo to: https://ask.extension.org You have it in with an Aloe so it could be a type of Peperomia but not with the root system you describe - do you treat it like a succulent?
It looks like a begonia to me too. Have you seen any flowers?
