What are the seed tips on my Rhubarb plant? Should they be removed?

I have a second year Rubarrb plant that now has some sort of seeds tip - What are these seeds and should they be removed?

Sounds like your rhubarb went to seed! That's totally ok to let it do that, usually most of mine do it every year. You can cut them off though if you like.
