How do I make a zen garden?

I want to start doing yoga, but my backyard is not appropriate for that.
I want something where I will feel at peace with myself.

Pinterest.com should have some ideas on this or Google Search: Zen garden... choose the "more images" selection... pick the ideas you like and make it happen
Do buy or borrow a few books on the subject, it will help you to focus on exactly what it is you want and be able to find that space within your garden.
unfortunately we do not have the ability to see what you already have, - the size and composition of your garden. If you have a large garden, maybe you can have a Zen Area. A Private area - Perhaps a water feature or a Pond with or without fish. A seat and graceful uncluttered planted area.etc....
