How do I enclose my front porch to keep frogs off?

Living in the country with a small pond in the front yard, frogs are plentiful. There’s approximately 4” gap between the porch slab and bottom rail. I use our leaf blower often to clean off the (dirt road) dust, so I must keep that in mind.
You could try window/door screen stapled to the bottom or some sort of mesh that has small enough holes to allow dirt to go through (for you to blow it off the deck) but not big enough to allow the frogs to jump through
Chicken wire or plastic mesh woven in between posts on your deck would work. Walmart sells rolls of plastic mesh in different patterns of 25 ft. for around $25.

Another idea is Toad Houses. Clay flower pots turned upside-down with a stone to raise one side up enough for a frog to slip under. They love these cool hidey-holes and will choose those over a deck any day! They also eat many of the slugs and aphids that chew on your garden.
Mesh or chicken wire idea is the easiest and best solution for this temporary problem....
My vet gave us this advice to keep the rattle snakes out of our dog yard.... use a metal sheeting or flashing (or small gauge wire like hardware cloth) put the metal/wire up the outside of the fence and then curl the top edge outward at least 4-6 inches.... on your application.. start the curl just below the surface of the deck.... any debris you blow off will go over the top of it... you may have to clear away the vegetation that is close to the deck.... some frogs can climb..
