I just finished watching your painting of the white fridge to a black one and I did not get the type of paint being used. I plan on doing this project very soon

You may be able to find that project by going to explore projects and search their.

  • Appliance paint. Sold at paint stores, hardware and home improvement centers.

You can purchase paint made for this exact purpose. I believe Rustoleum makes it. Best of luck to you.

As Aljosjer said, RustOleum and maybe Krylon both make appliance paint. Your refrigerator panels are most likely plastic which is quite easy to paint. I recommend removing handes, brand insignias, and any other "panels" (like for ice and water) first. I did the same project on my dishwasher, simply removing the front panel (plastic) and the control panel and spray painting it stainless steel (from white). Because I wanted the look to be complete, I ordered a new control panel in black from an online repair/replacement site. It looks fantastic and the whole job cost me about $100 versus about $500 for a new unit, delivered & installed
