Can you use tension rods? Curtain tension rods or shower curtain tension rods might work. Or you could use some Command hooks and some twine.

if you use very light weight / sheers, you can put up with industrial strength velcro; if you want heavier curtains and ability to 'open' or 'close' them you could use turn buckles and wire cable; attach the eye bolt to the metal frame with a lock washer and nut. The hardware people at a Home Improvement center can advise you - depending on the weight of the curtains
