white vinegar followed by baking soda
draino
Depends on type of blockage. My wife's sink, she washes her hair, the blockage is hair. I use a very small brush on a wire type handle, insert it along the drain and twist, pull out the hair. If its a sink and likely grease related, the draino.
First I use a wire with a very small hook down drains in bathroom sinks and pull out as much hair as I can. Pour half cup of baking soda down drains and then a cup of white vinegar. After the sizzling stops I pour hot tap water that I bring from my kitchen down the drains. Run water for awhile to wash the loosened debre down the line. The wire I made out of old wire hanger and used a tool to make the small semi hook.
