CLR and firm scrubbing with a non-abrasive brush.

Spraying down with a solution of vinegar and rinsing with hot water immediately after showering will help prevent a build up of soap residue.

try cleaning with lemon juice depending on how much build up there is; purchase Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

HI Barbara. I make a paste with baking soda and vinegar and then scrub it on and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then rinse and repeat if need be. You can put rain X on the doors to help keep them clean. Even though the doors are texture maybe using a squeegee to wipe them down after showers would help too.

Dryer sheets. Wet the sheet and wipe it in a circular motion all over the scummy door. The ingredients in the dryer sheet will break down the scum. If a milky white film remains, wipe it away with glass cleaner and a paper towel or a rag. My previous favorite was ScrubFree spray--spray on, wait a few seconds, wipe it off. It is also great for metal handles, water spouts, shower door edging in the tub or shower. I am told the culprit is talc used in making the bar soaps. Maybe switch to body wash.

If the damage to the glass shower doors is too bad it might not come off. The glass in the doors can become etched and the damage could be permanent. But please give it a try on one of the above methods and see if it comes clean. Good luck!
