How to make a DIY spray with ammonia, Listerine and epsom salt?

I need to know the measurements to use in my gallon sprayer for the Hostas bug spray. It is ammonia,Listerine,epsom salts and dish detergent. You say to use a hose sprayer but I need to use the sprayer I have.
