How to make a bird bath from planter uern

I would like to make a birdbath, from a planter uern. Is this possible.

I'd need to see what its like but if the top is level, you can fit a pot's sauser on top. It that's too plain, then add a small garden statue or animal to the middle. I suggest not attaching it to the uern so you can empty and clean it.
