How do i refurbish dirt stain living room tile from chemical damage?

I used to clean my living room tile with bleach and other harsh chemical to remove stains from tile corrosion. Right after cleaning I would get a good clean result but i notice more and more stain and dark streak maybe from the chemical eating up the surface of the tile coz I initially pour the cleaning agent directly on the floor when i realized too late i should have dilute chemical in water instead. My floor may be clean because i vacuum and mop everyday, but it still looks dirty ans ugly because of the stains.
