Should we paint the shutters the same color as door?

I wouldn't. I think I would paint them a nice soft sage green.
I'd do the door & shutters the same color. It makes a nice bold statement.

My shutters are sage green and the door is coral. Not everyone’s taste, but we like it Because our house isn’t formal.

Your bricks are in the family of the rust brown that is on your card. Why not do the shutters in the Polo Tan that has been professionally curated to go with your door color. Regarding the screen door, I would go with the door color.
