I would use the pretty plastic plates, because it really makes cleaning up go smoothly.

There are a ton of plastic plates available for any occasion. I recommend the heavy duty tyoe That have three sections. Here is why: For example, baked beans stay separate from the sandwich so the bread doesn’t get soggy. Enjoy the buffet!
My vote is also for paper plates. But not those flimsy ones. Get the heavy duty paper plates. Same for plastic silverware.
Heavy duty paper plates are a more earth friendly choice. Trees are renewal and will biodegrade . Plastic lasts for hundreds of years and is still dangerous when it breaks down. Also is are now biodegradable cutlery
