I SEEN VALSPAR PRIME/PAINT IN SPRAY PAINT FORM AND WAS WONDERING IF ITS A GOOD IDEA TO SPRAY VERSES BRUSH A BEDROOM SET?

Yes, if you are careful and spray lightly you can spray paint anything. Just try to avoid runs.
Many people do. But you have to do it in a well ventilated space which has been cleaned of dust and is bug free. Do it in a dry space so the paint dries well and within the temperatures stated on the can. Practice on cardboard if you haven't spray painted before so you don't get drips. You will need more than one coat. Thin coats work best. There are plenty of YouTube videos which will give lots of helpful hints. Good luck!
