Spider mites on my succulents! Help!

I can't really drench them like I would with other plants. I normally pull the plant, rinse all the soil from the plant, then keep it submerged overnight. Works 100% of the time. But, succulents aren't really huge fans of so much water. What the heck do i do?😣i read that you can use a garlic/canola oil tincture diluted with water and a tiny bit of dish soap to spray on them, but do you think the canola oil would be harmful to them? I left them out all night one night in december and they just about froze to death, i nursed them back to health and they are looking good, i really dont want to screw this up! Thanks
