what did you use it on ?? indoors? outside? what is the subsurface? Concrete, wood, sheetrock, etc .... can't really advise w/o more info!
Citristrip
You can sand some of it off to start, or just use Citri Strip. Textured products do take a little more effort. I'd add a layer of saran wrap over the stripper, to help it do the work for you. Then come back to begin scraping.
