Do you have suggestions for window dressing for these windows?

Hi Chris. I purchased some faux wood blinds and put them up. You can get certain ones at a home improvement store that they can cut to size in the store. They were affordable and look great.

2" white blinds would look good in this space.

I like the white blinds idea. I wonder if painting the wall below the windows white also would help make the windows look longer.

the windows are very beautiful in themselves. I would have the curtains outside the windows, I mean full enough to cover the windows but not all the time. I would not have two different colors but a very neutral color. I would have long curtains as you show, but have the windows uncovered most of the time.

I suggest shutters, bottom half of windows. They can close for privacy and remain open for a bright sunny room. A valance, if you feel you need formality. Great window!

Rollers shades have come a long way. Use a light filtering decorative shade. Since this is a formal dining room beefing up the windows with moulding around the windows. They then become show pieces in an of themselves. Ditch the drapes. The attachment shows how to easily attach mouldings. To these mouldings add thin moulding two inches outside the window's one in the video and paint it, the wall in-between and the existing moulding all the same color. Paint the new mouldings 1 shade darker than your existing wall color. Updated, chic and affordable. Good luck.

Those windows add a lot of personality to the room with The right window treatments. I would add side panels only but first painting the room a lighter soft yellow with beige undertones and white trim to make a statemen. The current paint tends to close the room in and covering that type of window up closes the room in. Here’s a few photo ideas📌

I would install reverse fabric shades the kind that lift from bottom to top , leaving option to add a bit of privacy at bottom but allowing light in on top , can be closed completely if desired

if the color was close to wall color, blinds would disappear

or chose a contrast color

What a beautiful room! I would do 'up-down' cellular shades in a neutral or coordinating color to lighten up the room. The beauty of 'up-down shades is you can put them at any height you want for privacy or sun. I put them in my husband's home office and he really likes them. They can be expensive if you seek custom cut, but I opted for a standard size that worked well. Best price was JC Penny on sale. Good luck!

Simple and dressed. Since your room is contemporary I would find 2 panels and hang them at the edge of the window (in the room not the bay) as dummy panels, close to the cieling and going to the floor. That will "frame" the bay. After that it becomes a matter of what you need in the way of privacy and light control. Bamboo shades would work, but shades require you to keep them all at the same level. White sheers would look nice filling in the bay if you don't need them to be open.
