Is there a way to transfer handwriting to cloth and be washable?

I have a heat press, computer, ink jet printer and even a laser printer. I use my ink jet for heat transfer. I would like to transfer handwriting to cloth and be able to wash the cloth afterwards if it gets dirty. Is there an ink or someway to do this and have cloth washable afterwards?

There are also markers that contain dye for fabric. You could just write directly on the fabric and not have to worry about printing in reverse and such. Here is one brand that does not need heat setting: https://www.dharmatrading.com/markers/fabricmate-permanent-superfine-fabric-markers.html These may also be found at an art supply store or art and craft store.
