I used cheap cat litter, scrub it in then rinse with a hose. If that doesn’t work try oven cleaner.

Pour coke on it
Use floor cry or clay cat litter. Be generous with it. Grind it in a bit so that it can get in the pores of the concrete. Let it sit for a while so that it can absorb it. Sweep it up real well. Put down some tide or dawn, or another cleaner that it is good with oil. Brush it in with a brush or broom, let it sit for a while. Put a little water on it, scrub it and rinse it down with water, or a pressure washer if you have one. Sometimes it takes more than one time around, be patient. Hope this helps!
