Besides the obvious store bought curtains. You can use sheets, drop cloth or a fabric you love. Make a pocket at the top for the rod, or attach eyelets, curtain clips. You can google making curtains and find so many great ideas.

velcro works too.....without the expense of curtain rods! also the table covers are an inexpensive window cover......Good Luck!
