  • Build a removable screen or fence around them like people do for a/c units.

Or build fencing to keep the dogs in their own area and train them along with providing them with enough toys to chew on. Chances are they are bored and need more exercise.

I would put a sturdy fence around that small area of the house... with a gate or door for access.

You might try wrapping them with electrical tape, then rubbing jalapeños on the tape.

orr spray with bitter apple spray from the pet store and put bricks or cinder blocks as close as possible to the wires. Our wheaton terrier has been to classes for about a year. we work with him every day and he has lots of toys. Even the neighbors play with him; we are all retired and he travels with us so is not left alone. He was a rescue who had been returned and was a runaway. Some dogs have to be outsmarted for their own protection. He is now 3 and I still have to watch out. Good luck and don’t give up on him I’m sure you can stop him!

Build a small cupboard (Dog probably thinks lead is a snake or a toy)
