Can someone identify this Bush?

The picture shows it cut way back. It was pruned to be a huge round (4ft) bush before I cut it back.
Can you share what part of the country you live in? How often does it flower? Any way you could post a more clear picture of the flower and a healthy leaf?
Looks just like my hot lips sage (a salvia) which the hummingbirds LOVE!

It is Salvia Greggi. They come in several colors and are very easy to root from cuttings. They are drought tolerant and hummingbirds love them. Well drained soil is needed to grow them.
