Help!! With my semi-sheer curtains

Semi sheer curtains that a gathered on rods (12') slider/with (3) - 4- This is my problem. I would like to put the semi sheer's on the 3 glass sections. They should be gathered on a small diameter rod, top/bottom. with clearance for middle panel to slide past one of the side panels. HELP!!!!!

In order for the middle panel to slide PAST the side panel, you will need two rods, top and bottom. The only other way would be to push both the middle and side panels together.
