they have not been pollinated. Take a paint brush and gather pollen from male flower, the one with the long stem, and dust it on the inside of the female flower. I had the same problem.

I’ve had to do this also. I’ve also learned that when flowers are blooming

I mix a teaspoon of epsom salt to a full size spray bottle of water and spray the plants. The magnesium boost will help the plant produce more fruits/veggies.

Too crowded and if they over bloom, you may need to pinch off some flowers. So people gently wash the flower and batter them.Pan fry and eat. Make sure you throw away the centers and only eat the flower petals. The plant takes alot of water and tend to collapse on hot days. Water late evening. Zukes can grow 4-6 inches overnight! We let ours get large because I run them thru the food processor for bread. I love to slice them and batter them in onion ring batter and fry them.

If you've planted this seed from a grocery store zuke, the plant may be sterile, but if it produces blossoms, then you can try the hand pollinating trick
