I’ve had really good luck with the Mr Clean Magic pads. Removed what bleach or vinegar didn’t help. Rinse well. And be persistent. Not hard work.
Kaboom foamtastic! Dry the tub thoroughly first, open some windows cuz this stuff is harsh, spray it on, jt goes on purple and when it turns white its done. Then scrub with a stiff brush. It even gets out rust stains. I don't use it as an every day cleaner, but for a big nasty job it's amazing stuff.
Try soft scrub with bleach scrub it on there and let it sit for a little bit then rinse
