Garage door needs a medic- any advice?

As I was closing my garage door last night the two bolts and 4 small screws on the operators bracket were ripped out. Not a lot of wiggle room on the bolts, so does anyone know if it is worth the effort to bandage it or just pull the plug and go get a new panel? Thanks in advance.

Mike, I do not have a solution for your problem, but I do have a comment. I noticed instantly that you are Retired Air Force. So is my husband. Thank you, sir, for your service. My Dad, Army, my Uncle, Navy, were both Retirees, my son-in-law and his dad, are both Air Force Retirees. My brother was a Nam Vet. We must ALL thank ALL of these men and women for their service and give our prayers that they will be safe in their lives defending ours and the way we live.
