I recommend using a pressure washer first. Then make a solution of a gallon of water and a cup of vinegar. Scrub the siding with this solution using a soft bristle brush. The pressure washer will get rid of the mold and mildew. The vinegar solution will make sure it doesn't come back. Best of luck to you.
Mold Armor E-Z House Wash from Home Depot. You attach it to your garden hose - spray - let it sit about 10 minutes and rinse. Under $10 bucks. It works wonders on mold and mildew. Actually you can use Mold Armor all over your house - I've used it and it works! Good luck!
I would like to know how to get rid those pesty little sink/drain flies. I've tried baking soda and vinegar, drain cleaners and put plastic over the drains.
