It’s me again. Please read my suggestions on the lazy Susan question. You can make a lovely display with hidden pedestals, fairy lights, table cloths and Tull. ☺️
Stack them or put something under ones in the back or you could even put a cookie on platter and lean another one one that.

use pretty china plates in various sizes (thrift store, or cover others with paper doilies. Stack the plates with a pretty glass or upside down teacup, largest plate on the bottom, then up two of three layers to the smallest at the top. Easily stored easily built! Stack trays the same way, with water glasses or goblets, staggered the trays to provide access to all cookies, or periodically 'refresh' trays to bring cookies to the outer edges.Use a small round tray on top of a rectangle tray for example, mix up shapes and sizes... fill in empty spaces with flower petals
