Use a Slug Pub and get um drunk (Jam jar with a little beer and water) They will get in, but won't be able to get out! or Slug Pellets or Salt sprinkled on them.........
I've heard a shallow bowl, or maybe something like a lid to a quart mayonnaise jar, filled with beer and left out overnight will attract and drown your pests. Talk about dying happy!
John & Shuganne have written the two best ways. To get the best results, use flat beer. We once had a customer who ,when we were first hired , had a numerous slug problem in one flower bed. Just one. Weird, I know. We used flat beer in ”Frisbee” disks, if you can believe that. Worked like a charm😀
