There are literally thousands of patterns/styles/colors available on Amazon, and any of the 'big box' stores -- or if you sew -- they are the easiest to make of any curtain!
I sewed together tea towels from Ikea that were about a dollar each and then sewed a small channel for a tension rod. Super each and this can even be done with no-sew tape. Really cute for a small window.

Depending on the window size. A swag curtain is nice. You could always use a tension rod for regular curtains below the swag. I really like that look.
