Install hook in ceiling or cabinet soffett near sink. With yarn, crochet 2 lengths of chain twice the height you will need to hang basket at desired level. Tie each chain in two places on basket rim with 2 ends of each chain opposite each other. Loop both over ceiling hook. Repeat with second basket. Yarn will not break but check weight limit of ceiling hook.
Alternatively, if basket rim is too flimsy to support itself or if you have a solid pot, crochet enough chain to support the pot from the bottom forming a cradle for the pot/basket to sit in.

You can use an plant hanger, if you crochet make a hanger of your own and hang it.
