Why??? You can restore the grout with Polyblend grout renew by Moldgard at Home Depot. I did two baths myself. Did back half first then put on a second coat the front half and did the same. Just follow directions and be sure to have damp cloth to wipe of any that gets on the tile and I used a toothbrush to make sure it got covered. Comes in colors too.

kI would take this photo to the paint department of the home improvement store and let them give you ideas on products and application tools to do a professional level job.

I tried to do this on the ceramic tiles on my hearth.I was semi-successful. It is a lot of work.....you need to sand the shiny surface off the tiles, I used a palm sander. Clean them well to remove all the dust. Then use a good adhesive primer so that the paint will stick. Allow to dry thoroughly. Paint at least 2 coats of the color that you have chosen. Again, allow to dry thoroughly. Last coat should seal it, I used urethane. So, give it a try. It is hard to say how long it will last for the amount of work it is. Painting tiles does not work with dog toenails! Good luck!
