Use a coarse “sanding sponge”. Comes in a 3 pack from Ace Hardware. Wet sponge in bucket with a couple inches of water in it. Sand and hose off.No need for power washing or chemicals

Using just a power washer worked very well for us, but there was still some "dinginess" due to mold etc. having gained a foothold in certain areas. I found a soft brush (on a long handle, such as what might be used to wash the top of a vehicle) worked really well to get into the cracks and crevices. We used a solution of Simple Green.

I would not use bleach. That will leave a lighter stain on the floor, deck etc. I used a spray antibacterial, waited a little bit, then scrubbed with sturdy mop, then rinsed row by row with spray nozzle on hose, Starting From Bottom to Top!
