What to do with this window??

I’m moving from a huge, site- built home, to a small manufactured home. The window in the front is blocked inside by a built-in closet I don’t want to remove. Suggestions on what to do with this blank “eye” in the front of my house!

Paint the panes a silvery mirror finish to reflect the outdoors.

The mirror idea would be good. Goodwill and Salvation Army usually h ave good large mirrors.

Congrats on the down-sizing! No one from the outside knows it's not a functioning window. Treat that area as a solid surface courtyard.

    1. Put out an outdoor rug,
    2. with a large umbrella
    3. seating area
    4. flower box that fits the size of the window with easy care plants (or faux - use all greens, no flowers; from afar who can tell)

    And you're set.

Sounds good. Careful on the mirror; if the sun hits it, the brightness may blind when driving into the driveway.
