Cracking concrete- what can I do?

I will try to download some pictures. I have a large area, over 700’ of concrete. The edges of the squares are braking apart and there are so cracks in the concrete itself.
I will appreciate your suggestions.

Not much you can do, aside from keeping the cracks sealed to prevent further moisture from damaging subsurface, especially if you're in a cold weather climate.
The concrete had too high of a "slump", or simply put - too much water in the mixture! This is a common mistake often made by inexperienced or lazy finishers.
Is it possible to fix the cracks - home depot now sells already mixed concrete in a plastic tub. After it finishes curing possibly seal with a concrete sealer (several coats) or possibly put a rubber coating like flex-seal (several coats) on the concrete. Other mfg make rubber paint. They also have a sealer for it. This might save having another company coming in to do the work or even suggesting removing and redoing the concrete.
Can’t do much. You can tear it out and replace it. Or seal each crack with a driveway caulk or epoxy. Neither one is permanant or attractive. Unfortunately concrete is guaranteed to be grey and crack. Even the best prepared and installed concrete will most likely crack sooner or later.
You can fix this problem. Clean out the cracks with a vacuum. Brush on some bonding liquid so that the new concrete will adhere to the old. Purchase the concrete crack filler which comes in tubes from your hardware store. Fill the cracks and smooth over with a trowel. You can also purchase a reddi-mix concrete, add water and do the same thing.
IT CAN BE REPAIRED! Those are wood expansion joints where the concrete edges chipped. The wood got wet and compromised the concrete. Best solution is to remove the wood and replace it with foam backer rod. You only need to remove down to about 1". Then you can resurface the slabs with concrete resurfacing compound.
