Oh you are too funny! If it is redneck, I bet it already IS a cool place. Embrace the "redneckness" and use it as your theme and enhance it. Or do you want a "country pretty" patio?
Lights, lantern, string lights, a few big potted plants, a rug or two and comfy seating, a few side tables or a cocktail / snack table will make any area welcoming.
