I left rack in oven during self-cleaning cycle, what can I do?
it discolored them and took finish off. What can I do to make the useable

They’re usually stainless.Even really old racks are generally indestructible.I would give them a scrub with Bartenders Secret and a dish scrubber, to see if anything comes off them,and move on.Nothings going to fall in your food.You can always contact the manufacturer if this is going to make you crazy.HelpfulReply

- Eroque022810on Jun 3, 2018Bartenders secret is a cleaning product that is mildly abrasive so good for light cleaning of stainless steel sinks and fixtures. Now as for these racks, wipe them down and use them,it's just a finish. Now if you just bought your oven then maybe it's still under warranty and they will overlook the fact that you left them in and just replace them for S&H fee.HelpfulReply
