I enjoy playing Scrabble and this was a creative way to display something that is dear to me. Now that I am playing Scrabble on-line, it was the perfect way to repurpose my old game pieces.
Took an old Scrabble board and using the letter tiles, assembled the names of my family members along with other special words. Hot glued the tiles to the board. Found a great frame at a local thrift shop and hot glued the board to the surface of the glass.
