Flat roof REPAIR only: Can I do this on my own? Or is it too hard?
Have many roofers come to give est. Then all say we only do full replacement. I need a 4' × 4' replacement. Can I do this on my own ? Or is it too hard ?

You don't want to have to patch another spot in another year, etc. You would probably need some sort of rubberized material to help with the water proofing. Perhaps check You Tube to get an idea of what to expect.HelpfulReply

Taunion Jun 6, 2018Check out a product called "Through The Roof", we fixed our roof with it two years ago and it still does not leak that stuff is amazing. It's a little on the pricey side about $15 for a quart but it does the job so if your roof is leaking and you can't afford a repair or a replacement that's the way to go!HelpfulReply

- Sharonon Jun 7, 2018Depends on your skill level. Watch a few YouTube videos and see if you thing you can do it..... you could hire a handyman much cheaper to help you if he has some construction skills. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+replace+a+shed+flat+roofhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pv_DwWNbtd4HelpfulReply
